Getting started could not be easier. After your initial enquiry this is what you can expect to happen.

Where do I start?

We will arrange an appointment for one of our expert team to meet you at your property.  This gives us the opportunity to learn more about the location, condition and history of the property, along with your expectations and visions moving forward.  It is also a chance to see if we are the right fit to work together.

How much income would I expect to earn?

Shortly after the property visit you will receive a financial forecast.  This includes estimated income, management fees and changeover costs.  All of which allows you to see your properties potential.

How do I sign up?

There is no lengthy or binding contract, however, this agreement lays out all agreed services and costs.  At this stage we will ask you to sign this agreement before we proceed.

Why do I need professional photos?

Professional photo’s make your property stand out from the rest.  We will work with you to get the property ready and book the photographer.

How will you sell my property?

We will combine the images and the knowledge we have gained about the property to create a listing which sells your properties best features, location and appeal to your future guests.

Great news you are ready to host guests.  Using channel manager technology your property will be listed on multiple platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip Advisor, Expedia and many more gaining maximum exposure.

You are hands free, we will take it from here.  We will maximise your return by increasing and lowering nightly rates in line with seasonal supply and demand.  Our 5 star cleaning and laundry team will handle changeovers.  We are now your one point contact for all your properties management needs.
